At Palace Estate, our homestay offers cozy, well-appointed wooden rooms designed to blend seamlessly with the serene mountain landscape. Whether you’re here for adventure or relaxation, our accommodations ensure a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay request guests to please take note of the following:
Terms & Conditions (House Rules)
- Check-in: 11:00 AM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Per person per night accomodation charges is inclusive of Breakfast & Dinner
- Child Policy: Below 5 Years free. 6 to 12 Years is 50% of Adult charges and above 12 years will be considered an adult.
- Each room features a Queen-size bed, comfortably accommodating two adults and one small child.
- Extra Beds: Additional guests can be accommodated with an extra bed at an extra charge.
- Capacity: The homestay can host a maximum of 18 adults at a time.
- Payment: Debit and credit cards are not accepted.

- Nature & Environment: As Palace Estate is nestled in a pristine environment, we encourage guests to respect nature and avoid littering.
- Noise Levels: To maintain the tranquility of the estate, guests are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours.
- Safety & Security: While the estate is safe, guests are responsible for their belongings. The management is not liable for lost or misplaced items.
- Home Stay: Please do not expect all facilities as it is a homestay and not a resort.
- Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to maintain the comfort of all guests.
